Biography

Apart from working as a part-time Laboratory Manager in the Kulczyk lab, Iwona Bizukojc works full-time as a Systems Qualification and Validation Scientist in Waters Corporation, the world's leading specialty measurements company focused on improving human health and well being through the application of advanced analytical science technologies such as mass spectrometry and chromatography techniques. “I was fortunate to pursue my education in three different countries: Poland (Department of Physics and Mathematics, Jagiellonian University, Cracow), UK (PGDipMedPhys in Medical Physics and BSc(Hons) in Computing Technology and Physics, Open University, Cambridge) and USA (Genetics and Biochemistry, Harvard Extension School). I had the pleasure to meet many interesting people, who through their work are constantly making a positive impact in the local communities, as well as in the world. I joined the Kulczyk laboratory in 2019 with the intention to continue personal development and share with others my knowledge and experience gained during my professional career. I am very lucky to have a job that I love and the possibility to spend my free time learning new skills and meeting interesting people. I feel that we all can make the world a better place”.
